First: make sure that you have a good resume. Find an expert to help you put it together if needed. Let people look it over and listen to suggestions. Second: network, network, network. Does everybody know you are looking for a job. Start with friends, family, co-workers, you'd be surprised who people know. Go back to your school, do they have a career center? What about the professors? Ask them to take a look at your resume and see if they have suggestions, let them know the type of position you are looking for. Target some companies you would like to work for and start asking everybody you know if they know anybody who works in those companies or call the companies directly, a lot of jobs go unadvertised because they are filled by recommendations from employees first.

I doubt that jobs will pay for graduate school. I am doing an Accounting bachelors. I have consistently seen the 50,000 dollar average for accy jobs. With a masters, the salary surprisingly does not increase as much, but MANY more companies will very easily hire you. Especially the public accounting firms such as the Big Four. Your degree is very close to accounting. At my college, mostly everyone double majors between finance and accounting. So, a double major/BS in accounting isnt a bad idea either because it bumps up your credentials/resume as well. Also, you probably have most of the accounting requirements finished already. Good luck!

Go to broke. Find the place you desire to work and demand an audience with the department head (or owner if you have real balls). Tell them you are sick and tire of resumes and want to talk with a real person that wants a hard working, educated person willing to do all that it takes Tell them you are not some documented file on a sheet of paper..you are a real person. Tell them you have what it takes and you are even willing to work the first week free to prove it!! GO FOR THE JOB, DON'T BE A WEAK PUKE!!
