There is no organization with out Objective and Employees.
In an organization every body is working towards fulfilling the Objective. In order to do, every one must work as a family. In a family even a young baby is treated equal with every other members. Any member has any problem, the others go out to help without waiting for the call, Any advice or suggestion it all given and taken same way. Nobody is put down by others, Like food respect is also equally divided. This is the reason behind success of every family.
An Organization should make every employee to feel that they are important, This can be imbibed if the management listen to them, If the management appreciates even a small thing done by an employee. This will help the employee to feel happy, this will also encourage them to do more things for the company. The more respected, happy employee in return will be healthy and able to produce more quality work in short time.
Some times we unable to see some thing but others able to see them. That is why we believe in double checking system. If one misses the other will pick it up. So what the top management unable to see or feel, could be a possible to see and feel by an ordinary employee.
